Hey guys and beware VEGETARIANS!!! I’m gonna blog about how I cooked my meal today!!!
‘kay. Let me produce the recipe for now. It’s based on South-Indian style. Beware!
Take some chicken and wash it with some water.
Then, take some turmeric and salt. Mix it well with the washed chicken.
Now, cut up some onion and tomato; make a ginger-garlic-green chili paste by the side.
Now, put the onion along with some cooking oil in a vessel. Wait till onion turns golden-brown.
Put some spices like: – mustard, spiral Ceylon cinnamon, fennel seeds, cumin.
Now, put in the onion.
After some time, put in the ginger-garlic-green chili paste and sauté for some time.
Next, put the tomatoes inside and heat it for some time.
Close the vessel for some time with a plate. Let it boil for 3-5 minutes. Next, open the lid and dump in the chicken totally. Add some water to it after adding some mixed masala to it.
Leave it for 3-4 whistles in a cooker. And, if you are doing it in an open vessel, leave for 10-15 minutes.
Open the lid and deposit some churned coconut. Add some coriander leaves and some curry leaves to it. Again leave it on the stove for at least 3-6 minutes.
Serve hot with some cooked white-rice.
