Fitness is obtained from workouts, and workouts require energy which comes from foods. So, eating appropriate foods are necessary for good fitness. Foods To Eat For Breakfast

They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day. So, it is essential that this breakfast that we eat has enough contents in it to sustain us and clear our hunger pang.

So, let’s list them out:

  • Eggs
  • Milk

These are some foods that are really healthy. It provides the nourishment needed for the time-being and replenishes our strength.

Now, let’s talk about a small thing that happens immediately after we finish our exercises. Our muscles do not immediately close after an extreme workout. Instead, they remain open for about 45 minutes and take in any nutrient that they find. This is also known as the “45-minute window”. Therefore, as this is the ideal time, we can directly take in protein supplements and small amounts of carbohydrates after this. Now, let’s look at a few foods that might help us get some good sleep at night.

  • Cheese and Crackers
  • Lettuce
  • Cherry Juice

A small tip here – If you really cannot sleep, hold the tip of your tongue to the ridge of the tissue behind your teeth, open your mouth a little, inhale some air for around four seconds and exhale it up to a count of seven. This might help you sleep. I really don’t know about your body nor you about mine. So yeah, I hope you get what I’m trying to tell you.

Now, if you find that if you have extremely sore muscles after you have worked out and really are planning to get rid of it, try taking some watermelon. And, to increase your endurance, take some honey. Now, on rest days, it is essential that you take in good fats such as from nuts like almonds and from avocados.

During Lunch, it is essential that we consume 55% of carbohydrates to keep us going. And at night, cut down on carbohydrates and starchy foods, especially if you are planning to cut down your weight. Chamomile Tea is very helpful when it comes to good sleep.
